In the table above there are
the results got by Ventura season by season. Those are not only the
won championships, among which some are clamorous, such as, in the
last few years, the double promotion of Lecce in two years from C to
A or the promotion of Cagliari in A and the following anticipated
escape in A, but also:

launching and restoration of
many palyers, from Zebina to Muzzi, from Vasari to Oa^Neill;

the ability of working with
the society in order to make the budget productive, triplicating the
playersa^ values themselves;
-
taking the people to the
stadium again, starting with 1000 supporters in Lecce and leaving
with 40000; starting with the lost play-offa^s disappointment in
Naples and leaving with 45000 supportersa^ joy at his farewell in
Cagliari.
The only blemish in these
successful years is the lost promotion in A for his Sampdoria
because of one point; in this case, the football element was
unfortunately influenced by other external factors. The dearest of
his multiple prizes is still the Guerino da^Oro in 1998 because it
was given him at the top of his career as a reward for the results
obtained thanks to the support of managers and players in Lecce and
Cagliari.
